What Can You Expect From Our Group Fitness Training System?
At Iron Tribe Fitness, we know how important it is to build a foundation of mechanics and sustainable movements. That’s why our professional instructors help you from day one to build the skills to develop strength in a safe, sustainable way.
Not only will you have a steady dose of barbell work, we’ll also be balancing that out with plenty of body weight movements and gymnastics work (like push-ups, handstands, pull-ups, and muscle-ups), plus some tough cardio in the form of running, rowing, biking, and plyometric exercises like jump rope and box jumps.
Each day will consist of a comprehensive warm-up, a detailed explanation of the workout, the challenging main event (the workout), and a cool-down. POWER will challenge you to compete with yourself, or if you’d like, compete with those around you. While everyone is at a different fitness level and has individual strengths and weaknesses, we still strive to improve every day, and that means keeping track of important metrics like weight lifted, time to complete certain elements, or how much work you can get done in a certain amount of time.
This program requires a little more “education” on the front end, just to make sure that you feel comfortable with the techniques required for some of the advanced movements, and to make sure that we’re keeping you free from injury and overtraining. However, the program is for anyone that wants to improve all areas of fitness and wants to excel in barbell movements and the other modalities in this program! We move you along at a pace that keeps you moving forward without burning out.
